Just one lens so far this month: Pentax FA* 24mm F2.0. But I already have the Sigma 24mm F1.8 so this weekend I'll have a shootout to decide which one to keep. Late Jan/early Feb was my bad (good?) month, 5 lenses and a TC.
DA 12-24 F4.0
K 35-105 F3.5
K 70-210 F4.0
The afore mentioned Sigma
And a Vivitar 24-70 F3.5-5.6 that I found at a garage sale for $5. It ain't great but if I need a "beater lens" it works ok. The onliest thing I am now lacking in my kit is a decent Xlong tele.

NaCl(my LBA is almost cured, my LBA is almost cured, my LBA is almost cured, my LBA is almost cured, my LBA...)H2O

I've only bought two cameras: a Certo SuperSport Dolly (with a low end lens, unfortunately), and a Fujica ST605 with the Fujinon 55/2.2. The Fujinon, though I love the 55mm focal length, disappointed on the first roll, though I'll have to do a bit more looking to see what's the matter. The Tak 50/1.4 is on the body today.

You definitely caught the bug of LBA. Money down the drain pretty fast ...

I have to rest for a while and enjoying the outbreak of LBA in other pentaxians
I think I'm done for awhile, lack of funds notwithstanding. I've now got a 21 - 31 - 50 - 77 kit that should last me a good long while.

Until I want a fast zoom. Or a long prime. Or maybe another MX.

C'mon.. do you really need more than a 28 and a 50?! Let's be honest!
Hmmm.... I don't have a 28 or a 50.... Maybe I should get them too.....

It's nice to know I am not alone with this LBA problem.

Last week I got a Pentax-F 35-70mm macro, tomorrow I am suppose to pick up a Pentax-FA 80-320mm I am buying from a guy on craigslist.
I wonder what I'll get next???

Hinman: I'd love to see how your Spiratone 20mm shots come out, I just picked up this lens a couple of weeks ago, but haven't had any time to do anything other than make sure it works.

I bought the 16-45 and the 50-200 back in October, and told myself, "That's it!"

What a lie!

I bought a Lensbaby at the end of January, and now I'm telling myself I need a DA70mm for portraits!

That's what I bought the 50-200 for!

I think I'm cracking up!

I heard a report on the radio today saying that the US dollar was at its lowest level compared to the Japanese yen since November 1995.

Maybe some of us who are contemplating buying a new lens should do so now before prices go up.

Something to think about.

Mike

I think you have it backwards, Mike. You can buy fewer yen with the current US dollar.

And the hits keep coming!

Just LBA'd a Tamron BBAR 135mm/F2.8 last night (anybody know anything about this lens). That makes 4 long portrait lenses in the last 2 weeks (3x135mm, 1x105mm). At some point, I'll get this portrait thing right...

Well, for drug addicts, they take away the drugs... so I'll offer to take y'all's lenses until the addiction is dealt with. I know it's a sacrifice... but sometimes we have to to hard things to help a brother out.
