An 18-135 is the best all around lens. Excellent edge to edge in the low end, sharper than many Pentax primes from 20-40, and water proof. I have tow 18-55s on my shelf and they never leave it, and I've given one away already. It's better than other people's standard 18-55s, which in a way is kind of scary, but it's not up to 18-135 standards.

We also just added a Sigma 18-250... if you were just going to get one lens and then get primes, that would be the lens. However it's limited in that it's not WR.

For a 5 lens set I like the DA 18-135, the DA* 60-250 and the Sigma 8-16 and the Tamron 90 for macro. Add a little 21 ltd in a front pocket and my A-400 and 1.7 TC on a shoulder strap and I'm ready for pretty much anything.

But for two lenses, for me it would probably be Sigma 18-250 and Tamron 90 macro with the Sigma 70 macro or FA 100 Wr possibly replacing the Tamron.

For a multipurpose macro, portrait, and telephoto, I'd recommend the Tamron 90. It's cheap and it accomplishes your 3 objectives very well.

Another one of the less expensive alternatives is the Sigma 105, which is a tad sharper than the Tamron, I would not use it for portraits because it seems to flare a lot more.

On the wide lens, I guess it depends on how wide you need. A difference of "just 6mm" (between the DA15 and DA21) is a huge difference in coverage.
