Sounds pretty close to my current setup - DA 12-24, then the DA 35 2.4, then the DFA 50 2.8.

I know you said you like to keep with the weather sealed lenses, but the new Sigma 18-35 1.8 sure looks interesting......

You could consider the 20-40 LTD to Gap Fill...

Like others, I use 12-24 and 16-50. Different lenses.... I need the light and color sat of the 16-50 for flowers.... If I didn't, the 20-40 Ltd might be a good gap fill from 24-50...
