This is one thing i found on ebay , it is for m42 and is with fixed eyepiece ,not bad i would say might fit the bill M42: HAMA Fernrohr-Adapter * Telescope Adapter | eBay

These adaptors are always cropping up on eBay under various names. Mine is 'Ensign' and it is actually quite useable, considering what I'd paid for it, stuck on an old 300mm lens.

I have a Tamron Adaptall 300mm f2.8 lens with Tamron 1.4X and 2X teleconverters that I wanted to use as a guide scope on my C-11 telescope. I bought a Tamron Adaptall adaptor for M42 (Pentax screw mount), a set of M42 extension tubes (Fotodiox) and a (Svbony) M42 eyepiece adapter for 1.25" oculars. I used the Tamron adaptor threaded to the small and medium extension tubes threaded to the eyepiece holder, I use the focus ring on the Tamron 300 mm lens to focus and it works in all configurations with 40 mm to 7.5 mm eyepieces. Works like a charm.
