The Vivitar 70-150 3.8

Got this baby (big moma would be a better description) with a Pentax -ME.

Took it out for a ride at the community garden just next to our house for some test photos.
Feel free to say what you thing. It has a close macro function and i got pretty impressed by the bokeh.

I've got the same lens, bought it in 1981/2 as far as I can remember. It is a nice portrait lens and boy my copy, a series "1" made by Kiron if I'm correct, also produce some fine, sharp images. It seems you've got a good copy on your hands, enjoy it!

That's some busy bokeh!

Nice colours, like most Vivitar lenses from that time. I do prefer the bokeh of the 70-210 f3.5 v1 but I hear your lens is also very fun to use.
