F stop from F/1.7 - F/22.
it got 6 aperture blades.
Filter Size: 52mm
Length: 32mm
Diameter: 60mm
PK mount all metal build except aperture ring using plastic.

The build reminds me a bit of my old Kiron 28mm f/2.0. I regret selling it.

Whatever it is, keep it. Those images look pretty good.

You can try figuring out its focal length by comparing it to other lenses you have. Then you can measure the front element to figure out the aperture.
Btw, does it have plastic or metal mount?
Thing is, a lot of brands used to make lenses around the 50-55mm range, with aperture of f1.7, f1.9, or f2.0. They all looked very similar, too. Sometimes they were even made in the same factory and then labelled as different brands. If you like it, use it. (and the two photos you posted look good) If you want to sell it, you probably won't get much for it

Hi,
it looks like rikenon 50 1.7. Most probably it is this lens:
Ricoh 50mm f1.7 XR Rikenon Lens Reviews - Ricoh Lenses - Pentax Lens Review Database
BTW - bokeh looks very nice on a first image.
Best regards,
Yuriy

Second on the Rikonen. They didn't engrave the lettering on the XR series, so you could easily rub away branding.

Ricoh didn't make any 50s with a maximum aperture higher than f/16. Also 60mm is a bit narrow for the diameter, the Rikenons had a diameter of 63mm.

It could be an auto Chinon 50mm f1.7, however, I don't think that has 52mm filter size (only 49mm)...

Yes, Boris, You are right. It is not rikenon.
I think it might be kalimar mc 50/1.7 auto. The distance scale look very similar. Plus the focusing ring rotation is in the same direction.

Kalimar was a reseller like Vivitar, so whoever made the Kalimar probably made this lens too.

The mystery lens has two rows of knobs on the focussing ring. The Rikenon and the Kalimar have three: definitely a different lens.
