I was less than entirely pleased with my Tamron 17-50/2.8
when it wouldn't always focus on my K-x well enough to use at f/2.8,
or to pull out the crispness that the lens should be able to produce.
But now I'm using it with the fast, accurate CDAF
on a K-01 with the latest firmware,
all that has changed, and it's looking a lot better.
Sure, it's not as robust as a good legacy Pentax or a Zeiss ZK,
but for its price, no more cause for complaint.
