Not bad, $670 for a 35mm F2.8 tilt shift lens in PL mount. Definitely bookmarking them.

Gevorg ("George") assembles these in batches from available lens stocks (they are 6x6 medium format lenses, mainly from ex-Arsenal production), so they are not always available in every focal length. Well, the 80mm (the "kit" lens of the Kiev-60) is almost always around, but the 35mm's have been out for a while now, but good to see them back!

BTW, I have the 80mm version (bought here on the marketplace), and it's a fairly good lens, and easy to use... except that the shift and tilt are perpendicular to each other. The whole lensmount is rotatable, so you can tilt or shift in almost any direction you'd like, but you cannot tilt and shift in the same direction. I know this is how Canon T/S lenses come from the factory, but they can be unscrewed and repositioned so the two axes are aligned. The Arax cannot.

They make an Arri mount for them? I didn't know that was an option...

A little more affordable than the Schneiders. $670 vs $3365. I would imagine there's a quality difference, but the Schneider are also manual also.

Yes, or at least since 2004 when I first bookmarked the page.

I had a copy of this lens and it was quite soft.

I found this while looking through a flickr page. I Searched "Pentax TS" (tilt shift = TS). I really am envious of Nikon/Canons ability to have quality tilt and shift lenses. So would anyone recommend this lens? there are two options= 35 2.8, and 80 2.8. I'd like to do architectural photography and a 35 on a (fingers crossed) digital full frame would be very appealing to me. What are your thoughts?

Yes, they have. Unfortunately, the utility of a 35mm T/S is somewhat limited for APS-C. It would be workable on 35mm film, but not as much as 28mm.
