I bought my copy new when it was published. I wish the value of my cameras had gone up like the book.

I would expect a charge of around 25 dollars
(half an hour of librarian's time to scan the book).

Try asking again at a Sydney library,
letting them know there's a copy in the Dutch Royal Library.

If that doesn't work,
maybe one of our forum members near The Hague
could try and get a scan for you

Thanks for everyone's posts. Much appreciated. OK, it looks like it's a rare collector's item. I'll probably just leave it for now and try the library route.

This book is discontinued and Gerjan could not reprint it as far as I remember what he said to me when I boight him some of his last copies of this bible. You should look Ebay regularly to fin one in auction, that was how I managed to get my first one (I have two, one used and now one new dedicaced to me by Gerjan). Most on the information contained in this book is avaiable on the net (I said most, not all !)

And why don't one of you lazy sods with a copy scan it already?
