The tariff tables are usually available online, though drilling down through them can be a chore.

For the US if a mail order is up to $200 dollars it is duty free for most items and you are not receiving multiple packages the same day with a cumulative value of up to $200. Tobacco and alcoholic beverages being among the exceptions.

Off topic to my topic, but according to an older thread with comparisons of the jupiter 9. The older ones are sharper wide open. (as the softness is addes in later production by purpose for being a better portrait lens)
So I think i will settle for a sharper black metall beauty rather than soft plastic story.

And at least twice what a Jupiter 9 costs on eBay.
There is one in the Marketplace for $200 delivered. Modern coatings, open aperture metering, and compatibility with modern flash automation put this miles ahead of antique Soviet glass. And it's faster.

Thanks for the tip. I think i will order one for 130 from ebay. I like to have one of pure metall and glass, and i dont get tolls inside of Europe
To remind myself of soviet glass i put on the Helios 44-3, this weekend, the bokeh was blowing me away. This swirly things is fantastic.

240 CDN for a brand new in box, vs what? A used lens.

The new Russian lenses are multi coated optics and work pretty good at least based upon my experience with the zenitar 16
