Arsat MC 35mm Tilt & Shift for Pentax K mount?

Does anyone have this lens? If so, how is it? The search function brought up a few T&S threads, but most of the discussion seems to revolve around the Arax. I've been thinking about getting a perspective control lens for a while, and this is 1/2 the cost of the Hartblei Super rotater at a similar focal length.

The Arax and Arsat are the same. However, I think you're better off going with a tilt adapter then get the shift lens for P6 system. That way, you'll have the whole P6 lenses offering to add to your tilt/shift collection.

Ah, that would explain why they look alike. At first I thought that they were both copies of someone else's design made by different manufacturers (Arsat vs. Arax).

What T&S adapter works well and how are the Pentacon 6 lenses?

The Arax/Arsat Tilt/Shift (either or, not both) adapter only works with Pentacon 6 mount lens. These lenses are old but they're among the best price/performance. I got myself a Zeiss Flektogon 50/4 for like $80, and it competes quite well against other wide angle lens. Arsat lenses for P6 are no slouch either. You can take a look at the Vega 90's shots from the provided link above. I figure if I buy the tilt adapter, then I buy the Arsat 55 Shift for P6, I have a T/S lens for less than the 35mm T/S.

If you want only one focal with the ability to T/S, then I guess the 35mm is better (being wider). But if you plan to do this with various focals, then the adapter would be more versatile, cheaper.
