DA*55mm | FA*85mm

I just got in the mail two posters sized 59 inch tall and 29,5 inch wide. So really big once to put on a door. (can't post them, since they are for a project in the works). Both made with the Pentax K-01 and both with (different) controlled studiolight. So iso100 and everything to perfection.

While both posters are really great, the DA*55mm is clearly the better lens to this performance at big prints.

Anyone some comparisons to this matter?

I wish I could do it. I have the DA*55 but the FA*85 is just a dream...

That's great to hear. I'm a long-time fan of the DA*55.

Currently on my laptop only the DA* image shot with:
iso100 | f9 | 1/160th with studiolight.

The FA* also iso100 and 1/160th but maybe like f8 or so.

Yes both are great. For the peopel going to watch the posters the one made with the FA* will win since it has the most sexappeal in it. Looking from a technical point I already did a lot more work into the FA* image to make it nice and smooth and brushing away all little things that wheren't needed to do with the DA* file. When blowing up to this size, compared with regular A4 paper every pixel has to fill up a space that is 25x bigger on the poster, so every little detail is getting in your view.
