Actually, on a full frame DSLR with a 24X36mm sensor you would get a 15mm lens. On APS-C the DA15 is an equivalent to a 22.5mm f/4 lens in FF terms.

yes, it is made for APS-C. But the lens isn't suited for a sensor any bigger than that.
