Pentax SMC-FA 100mm f/2.8 Macro Owners Manual

I recently purchased a used but in virtually like new condition Pentax SMC-FA 100mm f/2.8 Macro lens and even though most lenses do not come with instructions on how-to use the lens I thought that since this lens has a couple of control knobs on it that it may have originally come with a manual. If it did is there a chance someone could scan and send it to me?

Macro instructions are probably in the manual for your FA Limited lenses. Or page 22 here: http://www.pentaximaging.com/files/manual/FA_Lenses_112205.pdf

I didn't think to look at the manual I already have because the lens I purchased is a discontinued model. Despite that, what I am looking for is in that manual....
