Best wide angle around 20mm ?

We admit too much distorsion(maybe i'm wrong) under 20mm...
We have(and sure i forgot some others)
DA 21mm
M 20/4
A 20/2.8
FA 20/2.8
CZJ 20/2.8 & 4

The best ratio quality(sharp,useful,bokeh,colors)/price ?

I think you have to add the DA 12-24 to the mix, even if it's not a prime. I shoot a lot mid zoom (@18-20mm) shots with that lens, and I've been happy with all of them.
