Most compact and skewing wide would be 18-55 and DA70 Limited, with the alternate option being DA16-45 + 70. This would be decided by types of wide shooting you would expect to need; tighter spots and lower light would mean the 16-45 is best.
Another surprising option would be the Quantaray 28-90 'macro' plus either the DA15 or some other wide choice. The 28-90 is surprisingly sharp with great color and can do 1:2 macro at 90mm; that's a nice option to have (though the 18-55 and 16-45 do nearly 1:3). You can find this for under $50 now and then. The downside here, like the 18-55, is that at the long end it drops to f/5.6 max - but the K-01 can assist by going to high ISO and still hold together.
The final deal is the ultra cheap method: 18-55 and 50-200. Really not a bad choice when size and range are important.
