Smc fa 100-300 power zoom issue

Hi everyone,

Amateur camera buff here with a question. I purchased a used FA 100-300 Power Zoom lens for my K100D camera. It does not seem to adjust the zoom when i move the zoom ring, it is stuck on 300 mm. Anyone know what might cause this or know where i can find a manual for this lens?

The K100D doesn't support power zoom. To zoom manually, pull the zoom ring back and then turn it like on any other lens.
