SG3514*A : Buy or Learn at Adorama

$250 more for the smaller Pentax ecosystem or did they license the HSM/SDM protocol?

I think its simply that other bigger brands get "discounts" since its cheaper to produce a lot of something than it is to produce a little of it, per unit. It also depends on the store and item, the differences are not consistent.

I think the individual lenses are all priced the same. There might not be an IR on one of the three Pentax lenses in the bundle, though.
