The bad part is that I just got this lens a week ago. I love my A70-210 and the F version is just as nice, but lacks the macro function. The added reach of the Tammy doesn't hurt either...

Believe it or not, but I just got mine ALSO last week!! some Deja Vu going on around here... mine is a vivitar though... and I am in CT not NJ/NY!


The Vivitar was a good buy for the cost but it is not a keeper... definately need a newer 70-300 in the bag!

Keep the 70-210 for a while. The Tamrons aren't going anywhere so save your money & have both if you wish. Use your Pentax glass, learn its strengths and show them off.
