It isn’t how many lenses you have that matters. It’s having interesting lenses. monochrome sees the chest of drawers full of randomly-acquired lenses and the shoeboxes full of randomly-acquired cameras though.*
I think it is time to emulate Phil and concentrate on K series, my passion since the 70’s. I will keep pre-Spotmatic bodies and contemporary lenses for their beauty; my SP-F with
one SMC Takumar 55/1.8 for reference, the K bodies and lenses and the K-1, + my active lenses. The original idea was to use manual lenses on my KX and a FF digital K-mount plus the Three Princesses. Then a
real case of LBA set in.
I suppose the LX can stay, and perhaps an M lens or two.
* I have a small 4-drawer bedside chest with rubber mesh drawer liners that holds my collection (and that part
is a collection). My collection of Pentax gear is therefore self-limiting - or should be.
