Tokina lenses always have a good feel, and without having any experience with that exact lens I guess it performs very nicely indeed, but isn't that a full format lens?

I read on the net that some mentioned that it should be avoided as low quality lenses, soft (not sharp at 28/2, 8 as well as 70/2, 8), I would have changed for the DA 17-70/4 because 35 / 2.8 and 70/2, 8 (I have 28/2, 8 and 50/1, 7)

is so rare and not valuable comment that there's no answer with the experiences of the Tokina AF 28-70/2, 8 ATXPROSV??

I owned the non SV version and I wish I would have kept it. It was very fast to focus, built like a tank, and reasonably sharp.
The SV is a budget version so the build is different but the optics are likely very similar.

Cheers

can you compare the quality of the display photos / sharpness / contrast / Tokina 28-7/4 with Pentax DA 17-70/4 in the range of 28-70 f4 (Tokina 28-70mm f2, 8), the smaller aperture probably difference is negligible, or am I wrong
