+on the 100 macro, with a strong vote for the DA 70mm Ltd, a nice reach, great portrait lens, and good with short depth of field landscapes.
Or FA77 if you can afford it - possibly a better choice than either of the two you're looking at now.

My main AF kit is FA31Ltd + DFA100WR; the gap between the two is huge and I sometimes wished I had bought Sigma 70 Macro instead of the DFA100WR. But in general I manage quite well.

If you have a zoom that covers 100mm, I would test it out to see if you can live with the gap between 43mm and 100mm by fixig the zoom on 100mm.

It sounds like the 100 DFA is a no-brainer for your setup...

And may I suggest you get a cheap K 55 1.8 or f2, for less than 50 bucks, so you can try out the 55mm range and see how you like it? Plus, you might like that old K so much that the DA*55 would not be that much of a priority anymore I've only had mine for a few days but I'm pretty impressed. Got the f2 version (they're optically the same, just max aperture is different).

I couldn't do without a long macro, when out doing bee census work it's irreplaceable. I have an FA100 2.8 but the newer ones are at least as good.

It really depends on what you most want to do.
