I love mine too. It plays nicely with my 1.4X Tamron TC as well:





Bargain lens, to be quickly followed by the 50/1.7M...you know it makes sense :-)

a picture from earlier today. The quality of this lens is incredible. So glad I turned to a K-mount camera.....the possibilities are endless!

Pentax M lenses with handheld meter

Hi. I have recently started using my old Pentax manual prime lenses (including the m 135 F/3.5) again and I really like using them. I very rarely use the green button. Instead, I use my K5 and K7 with a handheld meter (Sekonic). For my type of shooting, I find handheld meter quicker and more accurate to use than the green button. Sometimes, I follow the Sunny 16 Rule and get equally good results. I hope this helps.
