pentax F-28 v sigma 28

hey guys I currently own the sigma 28mm f1.8 lens and was wondering if you had the chacne to pick up a pentax f28mm 2.8 lens would you switch. I am thinking that I save in size and weight if i make the move over to the pentax lens but I loose those stops from a 1.8 to a 2.8. any opinions or suggestions/.

Depends on the purpose of the lens. I bought mine primarily as a low light lens. f2.8 isn't anything special in that reguard.
