testing front and back focusing

I have a sigma 135-400. I have a pentax k30 and k5. do you know the setting on lens calibration for this lens. is there a easy way to fix the front and back focus?

Since you have a zoom you will have to test it at various focal lengths to see if the problem is consistent.
