DFA 100 F2.8 Macro Question

Question for owners of this lens:

When I purchased this lens a while back I noticed that the focus lock did not firmly lock the focus ring into place. It provides a decent amount of tension and will prevent creep -- good enough for my personal use, but I can still turn it fairly easily with just a small amount of pressure.

Question is whether this is normal behavior? Should the lock completely prevent the ring from turning? Thanks in advance.

Mike

Anyone?

I am thinking of selling this lens but want to be sure I disclose any defects to potential buyers. Would really appreciate any insights!

You should relax. Mine does the same and it does have a flimsy build.
