Adapter for using Pentax 67 lenses on a 645D

Hi guys
Where can i get adapters for my 67 lenses, so I can use them on a 645D camera?
I can't seem to find adds anywhere.

Here's the genuine adapter:

It's just a piece of metal with a little lever in it. It's no longer available new, but your best bet would be to check on ebay or look for third-party alternatives as liked above.

Some camera stores in Japan still have NOS of these and other adapters.
