Newbee K-3 or K5IIs and Lenses

I'm upgrading from a Lumix m4/3 camera. The K-3 or K5IIs look like excellent options. I'm concerned about the lenses. I do bird photography and love telephoto prime lenses. What do you all recommend? I like bright, fast, quiet, well built lenses...at least 200mm. Am I asking for too much?

And I like shooting in the rain.

Pentax DA*300 plus the new teleconverter should work just fine.

That or the DA* 60-250mm. Both are phenomenal telephotos.

And if you plan on primarily shooting birds, go for the K-3: the added resolution gives you more cropping leeway, and its got a better AF system.

Thank you. Should I wait for possible K-3 packages or just buy now? I missed the added flash package. They only have $100 off. And no discount on the lenses.

From K-5ii to K-3 the big differences are MP count 16->24, focus peaking on K-3, better autofocus on K-3. For Bird In Flight, I'd think the K-3 is a much better choice. I always recommend getting the kit with the 18-135, a great do-it-all lens. Add the 300mm or 60-250 for longer reach.
