My Pentax Rear Converter-A 2X arrives today and my question is, what focal length do you input on my K-30? Do you just double the lens length? I'll be using my A-135 2.8 mostly. And if I'm using a zoom I imagine you need to change settings if you zoom in or out?

Yes, unless you're using the new pentax 1.4, you have to update it manually and if you're using a 2x, it's 2x the distance, or as close as you can manage. You may have to do 275 or something instead of 270.

You set it to 2 times the FL, or 270mm. So you'd set 250 or 300 as the FL on the camera - usually 250.

The zoom will be trickier, as you'll need to select an average, or else change the camera setting each time you zoom in or out.
