TOU/Five Star 500mm

I'm not sure if this has been asked before - but I really just want to make sure this is correct. A friend of mine gave this lens. I managed to get the Canon adapter off (actually my friend got it off...lol it was really on there), but all I need to do is get a t/t2 pentax adapter? This is NOT a m42 adapter.

Pic for seeing...
Lens end and Canon adapter

The adapter I think I'm suppose to buy (links to amazon)

Yes, it's a T-mount adapter.

I have that Tou / Five Star 500mm, and it actually is a decent lens. It beats the DAL 55-300 if I enlarge pics to match the 500mm. A large lens, but it is very light, so it is fairly easy to use.
Yes, T (aka T2) mount.
Yes, the Amazon link is what you need. They are pretty basic, so you can find them for cheaper on $bay.

Perfect, I ordered it off Amazon solely because I have some gift card money there...lol

On closer inspection I think the front element has some seperation - how it effects IQ i don't know yet, but at the right angle it looks like someone smeared it with something...so I figure it's separating..

I've found posts of people saying it is a pretty decent lens for what it is...I got it for free so I'm not expecting much, maybe something to shoot the moon with...lol
