Hey everyone... I haven't seen any signs of it there today. Hoping he crawled out during the night when I left the rear lens cap off.
I would hate to have fungus food in my favorite lens!
As for how he got there, I do a lot of landscape work and often have my camera with me in the garden or while on farms. Still, I try to put the rear cap on as fast as possible during lens changes... either way, heres to hoping that it escaped with its life into our apartment rather than curling up to die somewhere in the lens.
Although, I am intrigued by the suggestion to gently use the vacuum on the lens. I have seen a few threads round the internet about it, but haven't had the courage to try myself... though I might give it a try if I see the little guy again!
edit- Nope, still there. He's back on the front element again.
