DA 18-135 missing green ring

DA 18-135 missing green ring
hi, i've just received my order for a DA 18-135 and i noticed the green ring near the tip of the lens is missing. i don't think it affects performance but has anybody experienced the same?

It's rare, but it can fall off due to wear and/or abuse.
