Fair market prices for the following lenses?

I really don't have much time for photography anymore, this stuff is just sitting here collecting dust.

I know a lot of you guys on here have got LBA and are constantly scouring the internet for sales and good deals, so maybe you can help me out a bit... I'm looking for fair prices to price some of my gear at. I know that the lens reviews section isn't the most accurate because it takes the average the people have paid over the years and I'm looking for current values.

So, what I have...

Pentax DA* 55 f/1.4, very good - box / manuals / pouch / hood / HOYA UV, polarizer, ND and various filters

Bower / Rokinon 8 f/3.5 fisheye, very good - box / manuals / pouch

Tamron LD Di 70-300 f/ 4-5.6 Tele Macro (1:2), very good - box / manuals / pouch / various filters

DAL 18-55 for parts (broken aperture switch - blades don't open, always stay at f/22)

I like to compare the prices on a reputable site like KEH, both what they sell a lens for and what they pay for a lens, to the completed listings on eBay.
