NO!!! exactly the opposite; Spiratone was just a catalog store, they never produce anything they sell. They use to sell a camera called Spiraflex which was an identical copy of a Petri Camera, also some of the Spiratone lenses were identical to some of the Petri lenses, but not all the lenses were made by Petri, some were made by other manufactures.
