FA 31mm Limited Issues

I just bought a 31mm limited, and when it's off the camera, I can shake it and feel the elements wobbling on the inside. I was wondering if this is a sign of a faulty 31mm limited, or is this normal? I also have a very slight looseness on the lens hood, not noticeable when using, just when I actually hold it and try to wiggle it.

There shouldn't be any looseness or wobbles. Sounds like a defective unit- I'd get it replaced.
