Certainly it can be manually focused . . . but the aperture can only be controlled electronically by the camera body.

What pacerr said. But be aware that there is no distance scale either, so yes, you can focus manually but it's impractical to zone focus.

In short, it will work very well on the K-5ii, but I highly doubt it's usable on a film body. It would probably vignette badly too.

Thanks Pacerr and Savoche for your help !.
In this case ,I only can move the zoom for distance from 18 to 135 mm. I Could Not chose the F stop ,isn't it ??.
Thank you,
steve

You choose f stop via the body.
In my opinion the DA18-135 is not fun to manually focus.
The focus ring is too narrow and hard to turn.

While I think that the DA18-135 is a nice lens, I would not choose it for manual focus as main use, either. The focus drive works fast and quiet however. What do you intend to use it for?
An older F zoom might be an alternative, those have long focus throws and manual aperture as well.
