How do take the tri-collar mount off the lens. If I can lt off, I have a case that will fit just the lens. This is a non os lens

See the word "remove" printed on the lens with the arrow? Line that up with the white line on the tripod mount and it should just slide right off.

Loosen screw, then rotate collar until two small white lines match up. Pull collar straight off. Same deal when replacing collar, lines must match.
