is the 60-250 going to be comparable to sony's new 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 G series glass? the G is quite the looker, and, if i had an SSM body for my Minolta film gear, i'd be on it like crazy.. awesome performance and great price tag, to boot.. i really hope Pentax has a good rebuke to it.

ALOT of us hope the same, 60-260 sdm with what we hope to be killer optics and about $900 and we're happy.
