tamron large zoom question

Hello I am still looking into getting a travel zoom and have narrowed it down to two Tamron lenses the first is the 24-135 and the other is the tamron 28-300 not really looking for the 18-250 i have the fisheye for wide shots. Does anyone have experience or opinions about either of these lenses?

i think for superzooms the longer the focal length, the more likely to to degrade quality. i'm going to put a Tamron 28-200 on sale soon, let me know if you're interested
