I am looking around for a cheap macro lens so I can shoot something for this months photo contest. My K10d is brand new and all I have is the kit lens which I dont think is really able to do macro at all.

I found this lens at Wolf for really cheap. Might even fit in my budget after everything spent on getting the camera. Has anyone had any experience with this lens? It was not in the database, at least under the Quantaray section. Its actually made by someone else right?

Is this one of those 'to cheap to be true' deals?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Lol...actually, now that I read the review on the Wolf site for this I dont think it will macro well at all.

Do you think it would be worth it to use something like this on the kit lens to at least have some form of marcro?

By the way, what size filter or lens magnifier works on the kit lens.

Actually you can focus VERY close with the Kit lens
