I would expect the normal prime to be silver and the special edition to be black.

Just my opinion, but I agree with the original poster that adding the WR feature would be a great differentiator. I already own the five DA Limited primes. Although the HD coatings and rounded apertures are nice, it is not enough for me to make the jump of trading up. However, a WR version of the DA Limiteds would be reason enough. Even better would be WR with a DC focus motor (although I expect that would offset the size advantage).
