I couldn't see both switches on the 70-200 (we can assume that's what it is), but I saw them on the other lens.
By the way, no golden ring on the other (longer) lens, so it's not a *. But we knew that from the roadmap.

They are two switches on so-called 'Pentax Large Diameter Zoom' a.k.a. '* Tele Zoom'...

... andn from top to bottom in the picture below, a lock, a push-button and two switches on the 'High Magnification Super Zoom' a.k.a. 'Tele Zoom'.

What diameter you mean? I would say 72 and 77mm or 77 and 82mm. I am too lazy to measure and compare with the bayonet's size .

I didn't say there aren't, just that I could not see them - because of how they were displayed, that is. Sorry for the confusion
Didn't had time to look for images.

Well, the APS-C has in camera image stabilisation, the 645 has in lens image stabilisation, certainly cause the sensor is too big and heavy. So what for the FF which stands in the middle ?

Well I am really glad these lenses have so many switches, I just wish the DFA 100mm macro might have one or two! (aperture ring, focus limiter)
Also, these are prototypes, so they might have knobs that won't appear in the final version, right?

It would be really awesome if PF could get that lens mounted on a camera for a photo or two

In the future I think most new lenses will be premium lenses and all premium lenses will be EXPENSIVE.

Very confusing ring colour code at work here.

The 'large diameter zoom' has a red ring at the base and a gold ring at the top.
The 'big zoom' has just one red ring.

So I guess 'red ring' means WR, gold ring means it's a '* grade' lens. But all current '* grade' lenses are already WR or better, so the red ring on that lens seems redundant.

Red ring means HD coating. You will find it on any lens with HD coating, for instance the revamped versions of the DA Limiteds (which aren't WR) or the HD version of DA 55-300mm (which definitely is).

Aha. Now it makes sense.
So future DA* HD lens (or DFA* HD ) will now have both gold and red rings.
