built-in optical image stabilizer on the coming 70-200ish Zoom / * Tele Zoom lens?

http://news.ricoh-imaging.co.jp/rim_info/2_telephotozoomlens_photokina2014.jpg

There are two switches on the lens, and i guess one is for AF/MF; Is the other one for image stabilizer (SR)?
If go from there, is the SR system taken away from the plausible FF camera? FF Sensor is too heavy to move quickly in camera?
Thera are advantages for SR in lenses, but I will be sad to see the camera SR gone.

Maybe for power zoom for video? :-)

Maybe. That is common on macro lens. Does any other non-macro pentax lens, or other brand lens have the focus limiter?

And look the rear end of the lens: it is big! Bigger than other SDM lenses. Maybe it has to make some space for the OS system and chip?

There is a focus limiter on all OEM 70-200mm lenses I know of: Canon EF f/2.8 and f/4, Nikkor f/2.8 and f/4, Sony FE f/4 for E mount cameras and f/2.8 and f/4 for A mount cameras.

Thanks to all. Apparently I didn't get chance to play with other band lenses enough :-).

Than I saw 3 switches on the 100-300ish lens. What could the 3rd one be?

The gold band is welcome, but I am sure it is going to be pricey!
I predict between $2-3k
I hope it gives me a reason to sell my Sigma 70-200 OS, which is farthest from my mind at the moment.

No, * zooms, 15-50, 50-135, and 60-250 are not for sure.
Most * primes are probably.

Thanks! I knew the 15-50 wasn't but didn't know about the rest.

I'm speculating between $1700-2300 (but hopping its less), similar to Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II depending on how many goodies they stuff inside, a $400-500 markup on the current DA* 50-135 should be ideal.

Well it looks distinctly different from the Tokina, so much for my pot-stirring rumours a few months ago. Pentax and Tokina both announcing similar FF/Dx 24-70 and 70-200s made me think collaboration; still possible but much less likely.

Well this lens backs up what the French magazine wrote about Ricoh launching a FF K-mount in 2015. Many forum members have also said that a 24-70 and a 70-200 are needed for a FF launch, just missing the 24MP FF lens cap :-P. Won't be able to afford it for a few more years so I'll start saving for it now!

I am looking at the base of these new "under-engineering" lenses, unlike the other DA* lenses I own, these new ones have a spin-torque shaped like most Nikon lens models. So, perhaps as the OP suggested, a lens SR feature.. could this be it?
