if i found an exakta mount, could i use it on a pentax K ?

I have this lens but it has a focus problem because it has not been used for many many years. the focus is stacked and doesnt move . anyone has the idea of how much i can sell it?!

I have one of these too, haven't had much opportunity to get that ridiculous swirly bokeh, but here is one.
