Sigma Zoom Telephoto 135-400mm f/4.5-5.6 APO discontinued?

I went to look for the 135-400mm at b and h, thinking about buying it because the 70-200 won't come out. Then it says its discontinued, is there alother reliable and cheap place to find this lens? oh and is it any good?

That lens would have been superceeded with the new 120-400 F4.5-5.6 DG HSM.......can't believe they did not advise you of that.

The 120-400 was released about 4 months ago..APO 120-400mm F4.5-5.6 DG OS HSM - SIGMA CORPORATION
That link is from Sigma's main page, and no longer show the 135-400.
The Sigma Corp of America web page shows both, but is probably not updated.
Just a word of warning on the USA Sigma page........it seems to have been hacked and is trying to download a fairly vicious piece of malware at present.
But your question....it probably isn't available....sheesh mate it is in their catalogue...you want it available for sale as well ...and I suppose the Pentax mount won't be the priority.
I guess that the 135-400 may still be on some retailers shelves, however it is a lens that you would think was ordered as needed.

120-400mm has been available for Canon for a couple of weeks. Nikon next, then followed by Pentax.

I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger on the 120-400mm. It looks like it compares favorably with the $1300 Canon 100-400mm f/4-5.6 IS.
