How to lubrifiant lens

I just got an old Pentacon 135 f2.8 for a good price, it has a problem though, the focus ring is extremly hard to turn. I can dissamble this lens (I already did) following this
The question is, what type of lubrifiant can I use to smoothen this focus ring ?
Thanks for your help !!!

to lubricate (optical) tiny mechanisms...

.
I personally use pencil graphite mine !

optically 100% neutral
does not evaporate
does not freeze
does not stain
does not flow
does not dry
etc, etc...

there is absolutely no reason this happens !
- never try to remove the last bit of oil / grease with solvents
... especially old lenses : you never know the reaction of old materials to solvents !
- just put a very little amount of graphite powder on the friction parts only
... traces of oil/grease will fix the graphite, that's it !
anyway graphite is 100% neutral
