That list would shrink considerably when you would sell all lenses you have more than one copy of.

Update to a post on Latest Acquisitions from mid-week, I have twelve:

I have many Pentax K mounts in different series and I love them all:
Pentax A 50mm f1.7
Pentax M 50mm f1.4
Pentax FA 50mm f1.4
Pentax DFA 50mm macro f2.8
SMC Pentax 55mm f1.8
Pentax M 50mm f2

I have just started experimenting with M42 lenses on my K-m and K-70:
Helios 44m--4
Industar 50-2
Pentacon Auto MC 50mm f1.8
Yashinon DS 50mm f1.9
Ludwig Meritar 50mm f2.9 (adapted to Sony A7ii, there is no Exacta-Pentax adapter)

As of this morning, a Minolta MC Rokkor PF 50mm f1.7 with adapter on the Sony body

It's probably time to start collecting Takumar 50s
And three more yesterday:
Minolta MC Rokkor PF 55mm f1.4
Nikon Micro-Nikkor-P 55mm f3.5
Nikkor-S 50mm f1.4

I have a Minolta-Sony adapter and I have ordered a Nikon-Sony adapter to put the new system onto my Sony.

That's fifteen lenses with focal length between 50mm and 58mm. So far my favourites are the Pentax K 55/1.8, Pentax-A 50/1.7, Helios 58/2 and of course the DFA macro. Let's see how much the new ones impress me, the Minoltas are both very sharp wide open at first test.

Some have included 40mm in this discussion - I have the Pentax M 40mm and the SMC DA Limited 40mm as well.

M 50 f1.7
K 50 f1.2
Helios 44m-4 58 f2
FA 50 f1.4
Industar 50-2 50 f3.5
Industar 26m 50mm f2.8 (M39 mount, need adapter M39/M42/K), since it is for rangefinders, can't focus to infinity

While I like them all, these days I shoot K 50 1.2 only. I also use close up filter with this lens for small objects and creatures, hence a very versatile lens. Second to this list would be Helios. It makes totally unpredictable photos which I like. FA 50 1.2 while really nice, and long time my go to 50mm lens, is somehow boring as it is AF and easier to shoot than the rest. Guess I like the challenge of manual focus.

I never let a lens go and probably I will not because I like them really. Perhaps I let go my APS-C system one day and lenses that I no longer use with it as I have FF equivalents.

K 50 f4
M 50 f1.7
M 50 f2
A 50 f1.7
A 50 f2.8
Auto Revuenon K 50 f1.4
DA 50 f1.8
K 55 f1.8

My favourite would definitely be the K 50 f4, followed by the DA 50, the K 55mm and the Auto Revuenon. The K 50 f4 gets by far the most use. The DA is for when I am being lazy, and the other two I use for special purposes as and when required. Special mention must go to the A f2.8, but since the acquisition of the K 50 f4 it does not get much use. The other M and A models were acquired by default through camera purchases over the years and I would be happy to let them go, just have not got round to it.
It seems I forgot to mention a couple of close to 50mm. Pentax HD DA 40mm and Auto Revuenon 45mm f2.8. Also no mention of all my non K mount close to 50mm's. So belatedly here we go...
Zeiss Tessar 45mm f2.8 C/Y mount *
Zeiss 50mm f1.7 C/Y mount
Yashica 55mm f2.8 Macro C/Y mount *
Canon FL 58mm f1,2 *
Canon FL 50mm f4 Macro
Canon FD 50mm f1.8
Canon FD 55mm f1.2 SSC *
Canon 50mm f1.8 LTM
Nikon AIS 50mm f1.8
Nikon AF - D 60mm f2.8 Macro *
Voigtlander 40mm SL AIS *
Voigtlander 58mm f1.4 SLII AIS *
Fujinon 55mm f1.8 EBC M42 *
Fujinon 55mm f3.5 EBC Macro M42 *
Takumar 55mm f2.0 M42
Voiglander 40mm Ultron M42
Mamiya Sekor 60mm f2.8 Macro M42
Minolta MD 45mm f2 *
Minolta MC 50mm f1.7
Minolta MD 50mm f1.7
Minolta MC 58mm f1.4 *
Minolta 40mm f2 M mount *
Leitz Sumitar 50mm f2 LTM

Mention should also go to those lenses built into some of my rangefinder/compact cameras...
Voigtlander 50mm f3.5 Color Skopar (Voigtlander Vittessa and Vito IIb) *
Zuiko 40mm f2.8 (Olympus Trip) *
Zuiko 42mm f2.8 (Olympus RC) *

The ones marked with * are the ones I really like.

They work pretty well on Micro 4/3, Nex, etc. with the right adapter, make a nice mini portrait / tele lens.

I've got rid of a couple since the last time I posted, and just added an M42 Industar - easy to adapt to Micro 4/3 and a Nex I bought recently, and really tiny. So my current 50mm repertoire is that, a Nikon 50/1.4 AF, and a Pentax-M 50/2 - a TINY assortment by the standards of some people who post here, but I try not to keep too many lenses I'm not using.

My only one is the DA 50mm 1.8. It actually cost me less than nothing because I bought it with some used gear that I parted out for more than I paid for it.

While not my favorite lens I certainly have gotten some good use out of it,

When I see posts like GUB's, then I feel comfortable that my LBA is moderate, after all.

I have two 50mm lenses : DA 50 F1.8 and DFA 50 F2.8 Macro. I thought at first that I ought to get rid of the former, but I cannot. After all, the DA 50 F1.8 is for Portraits, and the DFA 50 F2.8 Macro is for Macro.

I have gained the rare Takumar 58mm f 2.4 since then too. ! And like Steam loco says -- it rocks.

Absolutely. I bought the bulk of them at very low prices a few years ago and see them more as an investment.

Since then I have added a CZJ Tessar zebra, Olympus OM 50mm/f1.8 smc Takumar 55mm f2 and, on trial, a CZJ Pancolar Zebra 50mm f1.8. I do not yet have a full metal Takumar, so I expect to get one more at least. If opportunity arises, I would be tempted by a OM 50mm f1.4 and/or a Hexanon AR 50mm f1.7.

Favourites on the K-70 remain the same as stated earlier with addition of the Limited 40mm, and the micro-Nikkor is brilliant on my Sony A6000. I suspect that I will fall for the Pancolar.
