Signs of the times (and LBA too!)

KEH just came in pocession of an A 50mm f1.2 in excellent condition. 310usd!!!
Thought long and hard about it, all of two minutes maybe

and then I pulled the trigger on it. Lot of money to be spending on a used manual focus lens, but I can certainly use the f1.2 in my (to this point my almost nonexsistant) club photograhpy, and prices are not any cheaper on eek bay for the same lens, and this way I have a thoroughly reliable company to get back to if anything goes wrong. With these prices for used lenses, sometimes I'm almost sorry that Pentax put out the K10D. Next up on my LBA roadmap, either the 12-24 or the 77ltd, whichever comes available first.

310.00 is cheap!!! for a manual focus lens? Wow! am I glad I don't live in OZ! (at least when it comes to buying lenses anyway) Well, you can go look at it I guess...KEH.com, but I've already bought it.

Yes, it is cheap. Congratulations to that good price and special lens! You'll love the feeling of turning that manual focusing ring.
