If you were going to keep your K-3 and sell ALL your lenses but one. Which one would that lens be? Please list just ONE. I know, everyone has two or three, or four, or sixteen that cannot live without. So, please just one, that lens that you will keep and that will have to be removed from your cold hands after you die.

Hard call, but it would be one of these amazing primes...

With the caveat that I haven't yet experienced many of the well-regarded Pentax lenses out there...

My answer would have to be the FA 77mm Limited, largely due to seeing the kind of portraits it can take even in hands as inexperienced as mine.

For the K-3? It would be the DA-35 Limited Macro.

Come on folks, he said one lens. I know everyone loves their primes but are you really going to shoot the rest of your life with a single focal length?

400mm 5.6 Tokina AF AT-X.... my real passion is wildlife. If I could only shoot one thing, that would be it.

Well you know it's not going to happen but, it would be my FA100/2.8macro because It does macros of course and could also be used for portraits.
