Hypothetical Question

Here is a hypothetical question:

Would you accept 15 million dollars with the stipulation that you can only have a K-S1, a 18-55 WR, a 50-200 WR, and a 50 1.8, and you never can buy any camera or lens again, for as long as you live?

yup.

does that include my phone? or just dedicated cameras?

i would suffer for the sake of my family. 15 million would go a long way toward financial security for at least a few generations.

no

yes the 15 million would be nice, but I value my personal independence and freedom of choice too much. now for 15 mill I'd let you sleep with my significant other.

ps - we've both seen "Indecent Proposal" and have already agreed we are of the same opinion. heck for 15 million I would sleep with you.

If the lens option was 100wr macro, FA 50mm f1.4 and may be a wide limited I'd go for it. And for a lot less cash.

Yes. But only if I could get a replacement every time each one of those items failed.

If you replaced 50-200 with a 55-300 and added a 35/2.4, then yes. Probably.
